Payments are handled by our partner, Stripe, which collects and processes sensitive payment information (like card details) directly. M31Lab LLC does not receive or store full credit card numbers.

The Pa' Kendo app is developed by M31Lab LLC and is designed for educational purposes. The app does not require you to create an account and does not collect personally identifiable information.
The app may store non-personal data locally on your device, such as quiz scores, progress, and user preferences, solely to provide core functionality. This information is stored on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.
No location data, contact information, photos, or microphone/camera input is collected by the app. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools within Pa' Kendo.
While the app does not currently collect any analytics data, we reserve the right to implement anonymized analytics in the future to help improve functionality and enhance user experience. Any such analytics would not collect personally identifiable information and would comply with all applicable privacy regulations.
Pa' Kendo is distributed via the Apple App Store and adheres to the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and App Privacy requirements. Our App Privacy details in App Store Connect currently indicate that the app does not collect data. If we later implement anonymized analytics, we will update the App Privacy details before release to accurately reflect the data categories and purposes (e.g., product interaction, diagnostics) and confirm that such data is not linked to you and is not used for tracking as defined by Apple. Pa' Kendo does not use IDFA, does not display the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, and does not use third‑party advertising SDKs.
Pa' Kendo is distributed via the Google Play Store and adheres to Google Play’s Developer Program Policies and Data safety requirements. Our Data safety form in Play Console indicates that the app does not collect or share personal data. If anonymized analytics are implemented, the Data safety form is updated before release to accurately describe the data collected, its purpose, and confirm that such data is not linked to you and is not used for advertising or tracking. Pa' Kendo does not use the Advertising ID for tracking or personalized ads.
If you choose to contact us from within the app, any information you provide (such as your email address and message content) will be used solely to respond to your inquiry, in accordance with the General Information section of this Privacy Policy.
